Hans Noel and the Invisible Primary

For Episode 3 of Campaign Context Professor Hans Noel (Georgetown University) joined me for a discussion on the invisible primary and the political ideologies of the parties. Noel is one of the authors of the influential The Party Decides: Presidential Nominations Before and After Reform. Noel is also the author of Political Ideologies and Political Parties in America, and a frequent contributor to Mischiefs of Faction and an occasional contributor at The Monkey Cage.
